My Favorite Things

1. Pink's Performance at the Grammy's. One of the best performances I have seen. I downloaded "Glitter In the Air" from iTunes and can't stop listening to it. Never been a Pink fan before now.

2. Fried Pickles. Zaxby's is offering them as a side item. They are $1.69 for like 10 tiny chips, but taste soooo good.

3. 500 Days of Summer. Loved this movie. Loved. It.

4. Twilight Woods. I started using this scent back in the fall and have gone through a bottle already. I never go through lotion that quickly, but this stuff smells GOOD. I love the way it smells when you first put it on and the way it mellows out throughout the day.

5. Bright, fresh colors. {Read: anything to make me feel like winter is almost over}

My running shoes are accented with the purple color and I bought a fleece running jacket on clearance to match. I feel festive when I wear it.

I remember loving the coral color this time last year. It even appeared on a previous list. But I am loving it even more this time around.

6. Embellished Cardigans.My love affair with cardigans continues. I am enamored with the ruffly, flowery accents this spring. They are so soft and feminine.

7. Laurel Denise Day Planner. I have a planner fetish. This is the first time I have ever used this particular one but I LOVE it. It has a to do list for each week and each month. As far as I am concerned, a planner is only as good as it's list section.

8. Baby Girls in Blue Dresses. If I ever have a baby girl (fingers crossed) I plan to dress her in blue all the time. In college I loved pink (was a tad obsessed) but apparently I overdosed because I have a slight aversion now. I would even consider an all blue baby girl nursery.

9. Couch to 5K. As someone who barely likes to drive 5 miles let alone run it, a beginner's running program was a must for me. I am preparing for the upcoming Rumpshaker Colon Cancer run that Ben and I are participating in.

10. Chili Rellenos. I tried one for the first time a few months ago. After eating mexican food at least once a week for the past 10 years or so (literally) I finally branched out. My, oh my...what have I been missing??? Heaven. The best ones are battered and fried, filled with ground beef and topped with lots of cheese. Very healthy. I need to run for just looking at this photo.

I was enjoying it till #10. Made me want to throw up!!! I LOVE that blue dress. If this baby is a girl I may have to add that to my wish list.

I also loved Pink's performance, and was very surprised and impressed. I would have been so dizzy, but she just kept singing and didn't miss a beat. Amazing.

yay! embellished cardis are wayyyy cute- I snagged a couple of the embellished tees at a JCrew sale, hope to sport them in the Spring too.

oh and baby girls in blue dresses is just sweetness! it's straying from the typical pinkness of a girl's wardrobe. =)

oh and thanks for reminding me about the Rumpshaker...I need to register!
