This recipe is actually my husband's. He is a huge fan of chicken in a can (I am not!). However, it does really well in this recipe....
Grizzle Chicken Salad
2 cans of chicken in a can
Red Seedless grapes, halved
1 Apple, diced
approx. 2 Tb mayo
approx. 1 Tb honey
S&P to taste
Mix together all ingredients and serve on bread or with crackers.

Come on Jamie...you don't have to blame your love of canned chicken on Ben. Just own up to it...it's OK. I mean, I would never eat that garbage but if you like it I think you should be proud of it. :)
