Rumpshaker
On January 7, 2007 I lost my grandmother to colon cancer. In honor of her, Ben and I are running in the Rumpshaker 5 K in March. It is to benefit Colon Cancer Awareness. Check it out...it's a great cause!
Part of the run is through a colon...how very, um....educational?
We would love to run with a team, but need 3 more people to join us in order to qualify for that title. If you are interested, leave me a comment. It is March 27 at Sloss Furnace. You get a free pancake breakfast...any takers???

Thats great that you and Ben are doing that. My mom had colon cancer.

Laura told me she wanted to volunteer!
I'd go but I don't think my doctor would approve of me training right now. Count me in next year it will be a great way to get back in shape.
I'm all in! I'm working on Trey... hopefully he can count as another team member. My granddad died of colon cancer, so I'm all about doing whatever I can to help the cause. Thanks for the invitation!
